Medicine Use During Pregnancy
..

Headaches:

Regular strength Tylenol, 1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours
Do NOT take Aspirin, Aleve, or Ibuprofen

Colds: Robitussin DM, Chloroseptic spray, Hall lozenges,
Sudafed, Dristan Nasal Spray, Claritin D, Benadryl
Nausea/
Vomiting:
Small, frequent snacks of bland food
Drink fluids between meals
Vitamin B6 tablets, Ginger, Emetrol, Unisom
Constipation: Increase fluids and fiber in your diet
Increase your exercise
Metamucil, Colace, Milk of Magnesia
Heartburn: Small, frequent bland meals
Do not lie down immediately after eating
Tums, Pepcid, Zantac
Hemorrhoids: Try to prevent constipation
Tucks Medicated Pads, Anusol suppositories,
Preparation H
Leg Cramps:
Increase your fluids
Stretch or walk before bedtime
Avoid lying on your back
