Regular strength Tylenol, 1-2 tablets every 4-6
hours
Do NOT take Aspirin, Aleve, or Ibuprofen

| Colds: |
Robitussin DM, Chloroseptic spray,
Hall lozenges,
Sudafed, Dristan Nasal Spray, Claritin D, Benadryl |
Nausea/
Vomiting: |
Small, frequent snacks of bland food
Drink fluids between meals
Vitamin B6 tablets, Ginger, Emetrol, Unisom |
| Constipation: |
Increase fluids and fiber in your
diet
Increase your exercise
Metamucil, Colace, Milk of Magnesia |
| Heartburn: |
Small, frequent bland meals
Do not lie down immediately after eating
Tums, Pepcid, Zantac |
| Hemorrhoids: |
Try to prevent constipation
Tucks Medicated Pads, Anusol suppositories,
Preparation H |
Leg Cramps:

Increase your fluids
Stretch or walk before bedtime
Avoid lying on your back
