Results
You can now get your lab
results without calling the office. Simply go to
www.mytestresults.com or call 866-321-5461. You will need to
enter 3 numbers:
- the customer number which is 8663215461
- the unique ID, which is your account number
- the PIN, which is your date of birth (mmddyy)
This is a secure website and phone line and offers you the
convenience of checking your results at a time that is easy for
you. If you have any questions, you may call the office between
8:30 am and 5:30 pm.
